Bipasha Basu reveals her motherhood plans

Newly married Bipasha Basu revealed that she is in no hurry to become mother. She opened up about motherhood when Shilpa Shetty’s hubby Raj Kundra popped the question to Bips.

Bipasha, who is currently enjoying married life with hubby Karan Singh Grover skipped Shilpa and Raj’s son Viaan fourth birthday but the actress tweeted happy birthday to the little one.

Bips recently tweeted: "Happy birthday to my lil @ViaanRajKundra. Give him a tight hug from me and @Iamksgofficial @TheShilpaShetty and @TheRajKundra." This made Raj ask Bipasha about her motherhood plans.

Raj tweeted: "Thanks so much he wants to know when you guys giving him a friend? (sic)".

Bipasha replied: "Not anytime soon. For now we are his friend (sic)." Now, that was smart, Bips.

Bipasha Basu married Karan Singh Grover on April 30 in a grand ceremony followed by a star-studded reception.

Karan was first married to television actress (now fashion designer) Shraddha Nigam in December 2008, but they divorced within 10 months. Thereafter, Karan went on to marry his ‘Dil Mil Gaye’ co-star Jennifer Winget in 2012, but the couple separated after two years. Their divorce came through only earlier this year. Both his ex-wives allegedly left him due to his philandering ways.

In her first interview post marriage, Bipasha opens up being called Karan’s third wife. The ‘Jism’ actress said, “It didn't bother me and we spoke about it. I believe that everyone has a journey, and it is very easy for anyone to exclaim, ‘Oh...this is his third marriage, nahin chalega... divorce ho jaayega.’ I tell people that you have to be in someone's shoes to know their story and understand their journey.

“This world is full of cynics, and thankfully, I have never been cynical no matter what has happened in my life. I have always been a believer. And Karan is like that, too. I feel I am lucky, as I live only for love. And no man has given me more love and respect than Karan. I might not be looking for the same thing in marriage, like others do. I have my own checklist, and I have ticked my boxes accordingly. And I believe you can't judge anyone for their bad relationships. I have had bad relationships, and I could have been easily married twice. The relationship could have been as deep, but I didn't fall into the legality and that is the only difference. You can't condemn someone on the basis of a piece of paper,” Bipasha told the daily.
