Preity Zinta visits Taj Mahal with hubby Gene Goodenough, in-laws

Newly married actress Preity Zinta and her American husband Gene Goodenough visited the Taj Mahal in Agra on Thursday, May 13. The actress was accompanied by her mother Nilprabha and her in-laws.

Preity was wearing a knee length printed summer dress and sun hat, while Gene sported denims and a blue polo neck T-shirt. The family arrived at the world famous monument of love at around 8.40 AM. They relished the beauty of the majestic mausoleum for over an hour and left at around 10 AM.

The ‘Veer-Zaara’ actress who had earlier shot near the Taj Mahal for her 2007 movie ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’ shared a picture of the family posing in front of the monument of love on her Instagram page.

“Wah Taj Shot outside the Taj for a movie previously but this time actually went in & was spell bound by its beauty, symmetry & history. #family #tourist #tajmahal #agra #everlastinglove #memories,” Preity wrote with the photograph.

The dimpled beauty of Bollywood tied the knot with her American boyfriend Gene, a financial analyst, in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles in February this year. Preity’s close friends Sussanne Khan and designer Surily Goel had flown down to the US for the wedding.

Preity and Gene will be holding a lavish reception for the actress’ Bollywood buddies in Mumbai on Friday, May 13.
