The hottie who is currently shooting for Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ will soon head to his home country Pakistan for his next release there in which he will play a 61-year-old musician Alamgir.

According to a leading publication, “Fawad will soon start shooting for his next Pakistani film, ‘Albela Rahi’ a biopic on the legendary Urdu pop singer Alamgir. The actor will be playing the 61-year-old musician. He was born in East Pakistan, now in Bangladesh. His father was a politician with All India Muslim League and at the age of 15 they moved to Karachi before Alamgir immigrated to the US.”

While he is a well-known name in Pakistan, Fawad has also enthralled audience in India with his talent and his killer looks. He made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with ‘Khoobsurat’ opposite Sonam Kapoor. He gave a brilliant performance in his latest release Shakun Batra’s family drama ‘Kapoor & sons’.
